Hey guys, I know it has been a couple weeks since my last post. Just wanted to give y'all a quick update. Yesterday was my birthday, it is scary to think I am one year away from the dreaded 30. These past two weeks have not been ideal and going into my birthday I knew there was going to be some less than ideal meals. I have one last bad meal planned, Sushi for supper Friday. When I say bad, I mean hecking delicious, but bad for this whole diet thing.

Come Saturday, Irvin and myself will be doing a Keto diet until December 19th, which is when we have our first Christmas get together planned. If I am successful for those 4 long weeks, I will most definitely surpass my initial goal of 50 lbs by the end of the year. Speaking of Irvin, I also want to congratulate him on surpassing the 100 lbs loss mark on his journey, over 100 lbs since June, dude is leaving me in the dust. I can't wait until I hit that mark myself!

I have a couple ideas floating around in my head for some future posts I want to get to. I also plan on doing my next weigh in post on December 1st, and then one at the end of Keto on December 19th. So, stay tuned for those.

Finally, with the holiday season coming up and the old Rona still active I want to encourage myself and every one of my readers to start thinking of others more. I suspect steeper lockdown measures are going to be implemented soon, that coupled with the colder weather and darker days can majorly affect a person's mental condition. Reach out to your loved ones and friends! Share a call or zoom, write them a letter, let them know you are thinking of them. If in person contact can be done safely then get together with them. I have heard of far too many horrific stories so far this year, let us put every effort we can into being the friend/family member who makes the difference.
